TUTORIAL WEDNESDAY

Welcome to our monthly edition of

and today we're showing you how to add

and 

STEP ONE

Colour your image  (this one is Edward Elephant - hello)

and add a small amount of Stickles to a selected area and allow to dry

STEP TWO

Add a layer of Glossy Accents or similar on top of the Stickles) and lay flat to dry

Once the Glossy accents is dry, you will find that it looks as though the sparkle is actually embedded in the glossy dome:
